A newly developed and recently presented rubber granulate used as interspersion at artificial turf fields is improving playing conditions as well as sportive achievement of players. The reflection of solar radiation as well as the immediate thermal output back into surroundings describes an attractive advantage in contrast to conventional infill material…
Due to the aspect of instantly reflecting solar energy the newly developed infill material is constantly holding down the ground temperature - up to 25% it is decreased whereby convenient low temperatures are providing a more pleasing playing atmosphere.
Furthermore the innovative interspersion granulate possesses the ability to save humidity in the upper layers of the coating like natural turf does. In case of solar radiation the saved humidity is again going to be released to the surrounding area.
Therefore the reflecting and storage-capable granulate offers ideal qualities with regard to outstanding ball behaviour, optimum cushioning and very low sliding friction.
