The following Video shows the unique technique of converting discarded tires into a fully new high class material, thanks to 100% of recycling. The Video and it´s presentation of the technique to fabricate rubber granulate, respectively powder, flows as following:

A demonstration of the tire recycling process, beginning at cutting the tyre, up to the insertion

of an extractor putting out the steal, to the point of crushing the tires into 15mm rubber pieces at first. Furthermore controlled crushing of tires into 6-12mm pieces is conducted, to prepare for the following work steps of the magnetic classifier, the third shredder, and – last but not least - the air flow classifier.
