The KEITH® WALKING FLOOR® System is a very special way to transport any type of bulk good and is appropriate for loose, for palletized products as well as for goods with a lower bulk density. Rubber granulate and rubber powder are also suitable for the KEITH® WALKING FLOOR® system.

Due to the special technique of a lengthwise shifting bottom plate the transported material can be unloaded on the spot even in depots with a height of only 3,80m.
Besides the aspect of a high loading capacity, enormous shipping volume and easy loading and unloading are also good reasons for the usage of such Moving-Floor systems.

The system itself is working the following way: at the beginning just a third of the lengthwise moveable bottom plates are pushed under the loaded commodity whereby the commodity itself is not yet moved. That operation is being repeated with the second third and the rest of the lengthwise moveable plates, on which the bulk commodity is still resting. Not until in a final step all sections are moving together, the loaded commodity gets transported to the unloading edge.
